Landis, District Judge.

Oscar O. Newman, plaintiff below, appellee here, recovered a judgment against the National Union Fire Insurance Company, a corporation, upon a policy of fire insurance. The insurance company appeals from the judgment.

*95There is no serious conflict as to the facts in this case. On July 16, 1927, appellant issued to one Salyers its combined farm policy insuring certain property against fire and tornado for three years and received a premium of $28.88 therefor. ■ This policy carried an indorsement of the standard loss payable clause to the Fidelity Mutual Life Insurance…
