MEMORANDUM OPINION

KARON OWEN BOWDRE, District Judge.

This is a action on a petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. (See Doc.11-1). The Petitioner, Waled Naim Khader, seeks review of the lawfulness of his continued detention by the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”), pending deportation to Jordan.
