Plaintiff, Louisiana Pacific Corporation (Louisiana Pacific), filed the instant suit seeking a mandatory and prohibitory injunction restraining defendant, Michael J. Lawton d/b/a Lawton Forest Products (Lawton), from disposing of certain described timber and compelling him to convey to plaintiff title to said timber via an appropriate timber deed in compliance with a judgment previously rendered by this Court.
