This is a petition for absolute divorce. After hearing in the Superior Court, decision was rendered for the petitioner on April 2, 1935. On September 13, 1935, the respondent filed what he has entitled a motion in which he “files his objection to the entry of final decree and desires to be heard on the same.” This motion was duly served on counsel for the petitioner and set down for hearing in the Superior Court on October 11, 1935.
