People v. Kelly

On July 16,1968, defendant was found guilty by a jury in Recorder’s Court for the City of Detroit, the Honorable Geraldine Bledsoe Ford presiding, of the felonies of carnal knowledge of a female with force against her will, MCLA § 750.520 (Stat Ann 1962 Rev § 28.788), and robbery armed, MCLA § 750.529 (Stat Ann 1962 Rev § 28.797). On July 31, 1968, defendant was sentenced to a term of 30 years to life on each charge; the sentences to run concurrently.
