The plaintiffs, Trustees of the Chicago Truck Drivers, Helpers and Warehouse Workers Union (Independent) Pension Fund (“the Fund”), appeal the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Leaseway Transportation Corp. (“Leaseway”) and Leaseway Trucking, Inc. (“Leaseway Trucking”).
