Plaintiff appeals as of right from a November 21, 1986, order granting defendants’ motion for summary disposition and a March 4, 1987, order denying plaintiff leave to file a first amended complaint.

Plaintiff was a student with a learning disability in the Marquette Public Schools, who at the time of his high school graduation possessed the reading capacity of a fourth grader. Plaintiff commenced this action, naming his teachers, and the schools’ clinical psychologist, principal and administrator as defendants.
