The issue before this court is the result of a limited remand by the United States Court *720of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the above captioned case on one portion of the damages calculation previously determined by the court. The Federal Circuit affirmed most of the factual findings and legal conclusions of this court’s earlier opinion, but remanded to this court, for further review on the single issue of a possible reduction in the $3,272,217.00 award to the plaintiff, Englewood, of lost profits stemming from a breach by the United States Department of Housing and Urban…
