Defendant Ray Ronnie Govea appeals from the judgment entered following his retrial and conviction by jury of attempted murder, assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury, aggravated mayhem, and the unlawful taking of a vehicle. 1 (Pen. Code, §§ 664, 187, subd. (a), 245, subd. (a)(1), 205; Veh. Code, § 10851, subd. (a).)
