Defendant Premier Retail Networks, Inc. appeals from a partial default judgment by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, finding that Premier’s 37-day delay in filing an answer resulted from “contumacious” misconduct and thereby justified both the denial of Premier’s motion to set aside the entry of default and the grant of a default judgment.
