OPINION

WEISBERG, Judge.

¶ 1 Timothy M. (the juvenile) appeals the juvenile court’s dismissal without prejudice of a delinquency petition filed against him. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

¶2 On January 27, 1999, the juvenile’s parents reported to the police that the juvenile and an accomplice had stolen their Dodge Caravan and some firearms and had run away from home.
