HAMBLEN, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Harris County overruling the Plea of Privilege of appellants, Red Star Fertilizer Company and Consumers Cooperatives Associated, to be sued in Potter County, the County of their residence. Appellee’s suit is for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been received in a-collision that occurred in Harris County between appellee’s automobile and appellants’ truck.
