ORDER GRANTING TRUSTEE’S MOTION TO DISMISS

PAMELA PEPPER, Bankruptcy Judge.

Debtor Charmaine Richie filed her Chapter 7 petition on January 20, 2006. The United States Trustee has moved to dismiss the debtor’s bankruptcy proceeding as an abuse of the provisions of Chapter 7. The trustee made this motion pursuant to §§ 707(b)(1) and (b)(3)(B) of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPC-PA”). For the following reasons, the Court grants the trustee’s motion to dismiss this case.
