This is one of the bond cases of ‘which so many have been brought before this court within the last few years. The county *568of Callaway, in the State of Missouri, subscribed to the stock of a railroad to be built through the county, and issued its bonds to raise the money- to make payment therefor. The road has been built, is in full operation upon the route selected by the county, and the county holds its stock.
