The Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Webster County, Missouri, entered summary judgment against Marguerite Cass on her claim against the Estate of Elbert D. Cass. The claim sought compensation for services rendered to the decedent, Elbert Cass, by Marguerite. Pursuant to a motion for summary judgment filed by the estate, the trial court determined that the original claim filed by Marguerite was barred by the statute of limitations.
