Defendant was convicted by a jury of (1) possession with intent to deliver more than 50, but less than 225, grams of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iii); (2) possession of marijuana, MCL 333.7403(2) (d); (3) carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, MCL 750.227; (4) malicious destruction of police property, MCL 750.377b; (5) possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; and (6) felon in possession of a firearm, MCL 750.224f.
