The defendant, Ezell Rodgers, was found guilty by a jury of murder, (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1965, ch. 38, par. 9 — 1(a)), attempted murder, (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1965, ch. 38, pars. 8 — 4(a), 9 — l(a)l), and armed robbery, (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1965, ch. 38, par. 18 — 2(a)). Rodgers was sentenced to the penitentiary for terms of from 75 to 100 years for murder, from 19 to 20 years for attempted murder and from 20 to 40 years for armed robbery, the sentences to run concurrently.

We affirm.
