The appellants exhibited their bill against James E. Hutchison, Joseph Tucker, and Caleb Morris, setting up claims upon Hutchison and charging him with having made a fraudulent disposition of his property, with a view to hinder, delay, and defraud his creditors, and more especially in the pretended sale and conveyance of two hundred and fifty acres of land to the defendant Tucker.
