OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of four counts of murder in the second degree, and sentenced to 75 years to life imprisonment. On this appeal, defendant asserts that the trial judge should have declared a mistrial.
