The appellee, Ladies’ Aid Society of Pleasant. Hill Schoolhonse, brought this action in the court of a justice of the peace of Attala county against appellant, L. T. Kelley, to recover the sum of one hundred fifty dollars. There was a judgment in that court for the amount sued •for with costs. Prom that judgment appellant appealed to the circuit court, where appellee recovered a judgment for only twenty-five dollars and costs. Prom that judgment appellant prosecutes this appeal.
