The main issue in this appeal of a suit in chancery to recover the amount of a money judgment is whether the proceeding is a judgment-*1044lien creditor’s suit or a general creditors’ suit against a decedent’s estate. Determination of this issue is important to the infant appellant because she has an interest in a tract of real estate subject to the lien of the judgment and seeks to force the judgment creditor to collect the debt from the personal estate of the decedent rather than through a sale of the land.
