STEWART, Justice:

The issue in this case is whether the trial court erred in dismissing defendant’s motion to terminate alimony on the ground that the defendant had failed to demonstrate a “change of circumstances” sufficient to warrant termination.

In 1945 the parties were married and subsequently had two children. In 1966 the plaintiff obtained a divorce and upon an agreement between the parties an order was entered directing the defendant to pay $200 a month alimony plus child support.
