The plaintiff bank sues for a decree of nondischargeability of all that the defendant currently owes it on the basis of a contention that defendant intentionally falsified financial statements as to the existence of a prior lien on three pieces of machinery which were subject to a prior lien in favor of the Ford Motor Credit Corporation.
