BROWN, Justice.

Lee Spillers, appellee herein, was employed by the Rhoads Drilling Company in Gregg county, Tex., and claims to have been injured during the course of such employment on September 30, 1933. On November 21, 1933, he gave notice to his employer and the insurance carrier, Traders & General Insurance Company, appellant herein, of such injury, and made claim for compensation before the Industrial Accident Board. The proceedings before that board do not give the home address of the claimant Spillers, but do give the name of claimant’s attorney, who is a well-known lawyer and a member…
