OPINION

W. C. DAVIS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for capital murder. The jury answered affirmatively the special issues submitted pursuant to Article 37.071, Vernon’s Ann.C.C.P., and, accordingly, punishment was assessed at death.

The sufficiency of the evidence to sustain appellant’s conviction for the robbery-murder is not challenged. On October 18,1976, Jeoffrey Hambrick was the manager of a Pizza Hut restaurant in Houston.
