In this bankruptcy appeal, appellant Webster Capital Finance, Inc. f/k/a Center Capital Corporation (“Webster Capital”) seeks review of various orders issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas. Webster Capital challenges the bankruptcy court’s order denying its untimely objection to confirmation, confirming the debtor’s Chapter 11 Small Business Plan, and treating Ottawa Bus Service, Inc., as a small business debt- or.
