¶ 1. Vincent P. Pontillo filed suit against The Warehouse Bar and Grill (The Warehouse) for negligence, negligence per se, respondeat superior, negligent supervision, and negligent hiring. The Circuit Court of Hinds County granted summary judgment in favor of The Warehouse, finding no genuine issue of material facts. The trial court also granted The Warehouse’s motion to strike the affidavit of Pontillo’s expert witness.
