Lodge v. State Bank

This was an action of assumpsit brought by The State Bank of Indiana against John Sheets, Benjamin W. Grover, Lewis Sheets, and Nelson Lodge. The writ was returnable to the September term, 1841, and was returned executed on Lewis Sheets and Nelson Lodge, and as to the other defendants as follows : “ Two of said defendants, John Sheets and Benjamin W. Grover, not found in my bailiwick; and I did not go to said Benjamin W.
