This is an action for the specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate. The decree being against the plaintiff, she appeals.
The substance of the allegations of her petition is, that in the year 1876 the defendant was the owner of the real estate in question, and that he sold the same to plaintiff for the sum of $125.00. Of this amount, $75.00 was paid in cash and the remaining $50.00 was to be paid in one year from the date of purchase.
