After a waiver of trial by jury, defendant Harold Lester Burbridge was convicted of breaking and entering with intent to commit felony or larceny. He appeals alleging that the evidence produced was insufficient to support a finding of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The breaking and entering was accomplished through the destruction with a crowbar of a skylight on the roof of a business establishment.
