*412The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant, a corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries which he alleges he suffered through its negligence. The plaintiff, after stating the usual matters of inducement, in his complaint, alleges that on the 29th of May, 1917, between the hours of eight and nine o’clock a. m., “plaintiff was riding a bicycle northward on the pavement between the rails of the east street car track on said (State) street, when a certain automobile truck owned and operated by the defendant corporation was being driven southward on said street at or near…
