I. Background
This motion seeks a jury trial notwithstanding plaintiffs’ belated demand. Plaintiff Dana Czenszak (“Czenszak”) sues for personal injuries allegedly sustained when his hand went through a window of the defendant’s building that Czenszak had been washing as part of his employment with Guardian Service Industries, Inc.
