William R. Dodd seeks to overturn a decision of the Circuit Court of Harrison County, which denied his request for contribution from his ex-wife in a forced sale of jointly-owned real estate. The appellant had filed a partition suit, seeking sale of the property and recovery from the appel-lee’s share of the proceeds an amount equal to one-half of the money spent by him to purchase the property during the marriage.
