SHAW, Justice.

The Court of Criminal Appeals, in an unpublished, order, issued a writ of mandamus directing the trial court in the underlying case to “bar” the prosecution of the respondent, Margie Morgan Kelley, who had been indicted for three counts of capital murder. Ex parte Kelley (No. CR-12-1765, November 21, 2013), 173 So.3d 12 (Ala.Crim.App.2013) (table).
