Our earlier opinion is withdrawn and the following is substituted in its place. Both appellant, William Everett Satterwhite, and appellee, the State of Texas, have filed motions for rehearing. As requested in appellant’s motion for rehearing, we sustain appellant’s point of error two and set aside the trial court’s cumulation order. In all other respects, appellant’s motion for rehearing is denied.
