We are presented with the issue whether a petition filed in a juvenile court, purportedly initiating a dependency action, may be transferred by the juvenile court to a circuit court if it can be determined, based on the petition and other pleadings, that, the juvenile court does not have jurisdiction because the proceedings would not result in an adjudication of dependency.
