Appellant Yellowstone Pine Company (herein Yellowstone) filed a complaint in the District Court of Gallatin County. The complaint alleged breach of a contract between Yellowstone and respondent Big Sky of Montana, Inc. (herein Big Sky). The Honorable W.W. Lessley heard the case on March 23, 1979. The District Court found no breach of contract and entered findings accordingly. The appeal followed.
