The Standard Distilling and Distributing Company, a corporation organized under the General Corporation act, the corporate defendant in this suit, has been dissolved by the voluntary action of its stockholders under the act and is now being wound up under the act by the individual defendants, the directors at the time of the dissolution. The complainant Bijur, as a creditor of the Standard company, filed this bill on behalf *548of himself and other creditors, for the adjudication of his claims and their payment out of the assets of the corporation.
