—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Moskowitz, J.), rendered February 3, 1993, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

*708Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s contention that the People failed to adduce legally sufficient evidence to sustain his conviction for attempted robbery in the first degree beyond a reasonable doubt is not preserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05 [2]).
