A petition for rehearing has been filed in the foregoing case by the defendant. The original opinion herein is found in 214 P. 2d 477.
In this case the plaintiff and her deceased husband conveyed property of the value of approximately $11,-000 to the defendant, brother of plaintiff’s deceased husband, without consideration and under an oral agreement to reconvey the property upon demand.
