Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. Memorandum: The Ordinances of the City of Buffalo which regulate the business of pawnbrokers, so far as here material, read: “ No pawnbroker shall demand, take or receive any greater interest than the following rates of interest per month: 10% on sums from $1,00 to $10,00; 6% on *975sums from $10.00 to $25.00; 5% on sums from $25.00 to $50.00; 2%% on sums from $50.00 to $75.00; 1 %% on all sums over $75.00.” (Chap.
