-This cause is before this court in two actions, one of which is an original proceeding in this court to enjoin the defendants from performing certain acts, and the other an appeal from certain orders of the defendants. This court was asked to take original jurisdiction in the first case and did so. In their briefs the defendants state that they have no objection thereto and that, since the matter is one of pressing public concern, they wish to have this. court take jurisdiction thereof.
