— In an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Joy, J.), dated October 22, 1986, which (1) granted the motion of the defendant New York Paving, Inc. for an order pursuant to Lien Law § 19 (6) discharging the notice of lien and, pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7), dismissing the complaint, and (2) denied its cross motion pursuant to Lien Law § 12-a to amend the notice of lien nunc pro tunc.
