Affirming.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Harlan Circuit Court affirming an award of the Workmen's Compensation Board.

Berry Jones, an employee of the Yocum Creek Coal Company, received serious injuries in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment. The Board found that he had been totally and permanently 'disabled, and awarded him compensation at the rate of $15 a week, beginning July 22, 1944, for a period not exceeding 10 years and not to exceed $7,500.
