MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

CROW, Senior District Judge.

This personal injury case comes before the court on the defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (Dk.6). The plaintiff, an inspector for the United States Department of Agriculture, sues to recover for injuries suffered when she fell at a packing plant in Liberal, Kansas, that the defendant owned and/or operated.
