Plaintiff Quiller Barnes initiated this action on behalf of himself and a class, asserting that Defendant AT & T Pension Benefit Plan — Nonbargained Program owed them additional benefits. Mr. Barnes asserted five claims for relief. On May 10, 2012, the Court addressed the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment on three of the claims.
