In this workmen’s compensation case, the Court of Appeals elected to set forth a comprehensive, all-inclusive formula for computing the amount due a disabled worker in all compensable situations. The opinion is reported sub nom. Transport Motor Exp., Inc. v. Finn, Ky.App., 568 S.W.2d 509 (1977). Because of the broad sweep of the decisions announced affecting not only the case considered but other cases with different facts and subject to different statutes, we granted discretionary review.
