This action for loss of rent as a result of a breach of lease was tried before this court without a jury on November 25, 1969.
The basis for the cause of action is a lease entered into on or about January 6, 1961 between the plaintiff corporation and the defendant,. Kent Leasing Co. Inc. That lease provided for a term of five years commencing on May 1, 1961 at a monthly rental of $145. On June 25, 1962 the defendant, Kent Leasing Co.
