REES, Justice.

This case involves appeals from the decree of the district court confirming the action of the county assessor and board of review in Franklin county in 17 farmland assessment appeals separately filed and consolidated for trial as all involved common questions of law. Trial court denied all appeals and dismissed petitions. We affirm.
