OPINION

GLENN A. NORTON, Presiding Judge.

Eric T. Tolen appeals the judgment entered upon a jury verdict convicting him of thirty-six counts of statutory sodomy and one count of attempted tampering with a witness. We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

Tolen was originally charged with eighteen counts of second-degree statutory sodomy, one count of attempted statutory sodomy in the second degree, and one count of attempted witness tampering.
